Las Vegas, NV. (November 1, 2022) – Just weeks after winning the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD Pro title, Pfaff Motorsports is westbound with its No. 9 Driveway Porsche 911 GT3 R.

It’s fitting that one of the signature colours for the Artura, McLaren’s latest mid-engined, carbon-fibre supercar, is an electric, almost luminescent shade called “Flux Green.” Bright colours are nothing new for supercars, especially ones as dramatic-looking as the Artura. But the green is symbolic here as well as eye-catching ­– a sign of the new McLaren’s credentials as a plug-in hybrid as well as a supercar.

Braselton, GA. (October 4, 2022) – After 10 rounds of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season and 10 hours at the season-ending Motul Petit Le Mans, Pfaff Motorsports claimed the inaugural GTD Pro class championship Saturday evening with the No. 9 Driveway Porsche 911 GT3 R.

Alton, VA. (August 29, 2022) – A decisive fifth victory in the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship this past weekend at VIRginia International Raceway has all but clinched back-to-back series titles for Pfaff Motorsports.

Audi is all-in on electric. The company has announced publicly that it is ending development of gasoline and diesel engines by 2026, and plans to be an all-electric brand by 2032. All-electric Audi models such as the original e-tron and swift e-tron GT sedan, have been rolling out since 2019, but the new Q4 e-tron, now arriving on our shores, is by far the most important. A pure-electric SUV aimed straight at the heart of the market, it has to be a success in order for the brand’s ambitions to come true.

Elkhart Lake, WI. (August 8, 2022) – A race-long battle for the lead was cut short for Pfaff Motorsports, as the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship event at Road America ended under full-course yellow to cap off the eighth round of the season.

Lakeville, CT. (July 17, 2022) – Pfaff Motorsports’ momentum in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship continues to grow after scoring another victory at Lime Rock Park on Saturday.

So here we are. The Artura, McLaren’s first hybrid sports car. A car that, I have to say, I’ve been eagerly awaiting since they announced it, with an all-new powertrain.

Watkins Glen, NY. (June 27, 2022) – A late-afternoon storm that rolled across Watkins Glen International affected Sunday’s Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen, but Pfaff Motorsports captured a podium finish to boost its GTD Pro championship lead for drivers Matt Campbell and Mathieu Jaminet.
